Hot, hot weekend in Barcelona. Nothing better than a fresh homemade lemonade to sweeten up my Sunday, while watching the “When you are strange” – The doors documentary and planing my holidays in Tuscany

Pink lemonade

*******************************************

900ml cold water

220ml freshly pressed lemon juice ( 4 big lemons)

120ml cranberry juice

100g white sugar

*******************************************

Combine all ingredients and stir well to dissolve the sugar. Add some lemon slices and serve over ice

I made this little mermaid cake for an adorable 3 year old’s birthday party. It’s rich chocolate cake with a creamcheese & white chocolate frosting. Hope you like it

What can I tell you about vibrant Hong Kong, sitting in air conditioned meeting rooms all the time and having accidentally erased all the nice pictures from my camera I took the last 2 days after work:(
Well, maybe that I went crazy buying pink nail colours ( I’ve been desperately looking for a neon pink one for half an year now and here they sell it on every corner). At least a small consolation… I am so looking forward to TOKYO

I am back with itchy feet from a long weekend in Stockholm. Beautiful place, beautiful people – even the snow and the early darkness couldn’t reduce my entusiam for this inspirational city. I definetely have to go back. Every last Thursday a month the shops in Sofo (south of Folkungagatan), which is my favourite part of the city, open ’til 9,offer drinks and music – in summer this has to be the best place for people watching and inspiration…
To distract myself from my wanderlust I needed to do something creative and made some tissue paper Pom-Poms to give some colour to my apartment. I love it but cannot help myself about thinking where and when I can travel again… My top New year’s resolution: be less restless….
