Stumbling through Ana Montiel’s blog I found this inspiring little treasure.
Busby Berkely’s choreographies make me absolutely speechless and his wonderful kaleidoscopic sceneries makes me want to time travel and be a glamourous chorus girl back in the Hollywood studio era… I am starting to think about baking and decorating a kaleidoscopic cake as well…hmmmm…

I stumbled upon “” tonight as I couldn’t sleep, trying to clear my head from thinking about organizing my next muffin/cupcake orders. This project “grew from the idea of New York City as a magnet for creativity; each photograph is a collaborative work of dance, fashion design and photography played out against the city’s landscape”. I this wonderful project, as it make me think back to my “dancing days” in Germany and the amazing time I had living in NY…sigh…

Having seen incredible fairy-like perform in Barcelona last weekend. Those legs!
Remember the 1st in Almodovar’s “Hable con ella” (Talk to her) where the main character is moved to tears, watching a dance performance of Pina Bausch? I felt like this today seeing the Nederlands Dance Theater perform “Silent Screen” in Barcelona’s Liceu. What a beautiful and emotional performance/staging!
